Waited almost two hours for a SCHEDULED oil change. Staff was rude and very short. Asked if i wanted a new air filter via text, I replied and said YES my car was parked in the lot for who knows how long they never said it was ready...I asked if it was done they say yes...I proceed to wait another 10 mins while a mechanic walked out and changed the filter IN THE PARKING LOT.
