I am satisfied with the service that was done today! I am very disappointed that my Vehicle had no Oil? This is a Big issue for myself that my Vehicle had no oil? I believe that the problem was that the Mechanic that Serviced my car last, evidently did not completely fill the Car ? I bought both my wife’s Rav4 and my vehicles the bought “New “ from Toyota and I have never failed to bring them in as advised and on time! My car and my. Wife’s has also been serviced on time in a timely manner! I also will not recommend your Services to anyone again! I also noticed that I had to pay much more for the same Services !! I understand the charges for services, but extra charges for just coming in is to me, “Strong Arm Robbery “. I feel that I was Robbed !! Thanks for making me Discontinue my Services at your Dealership !!!
