Symone Minter is one of the greatest employees there hands down, great attitude, great conversations, great listener, great service she definitely need a promotion to become a manager she’s great and Derrick the car salesman he’s great to, I have a great time working with the two of them promoted them please they most definitely deserve it

My representative Nick was very helpful. He had no control over the fact that whoever serviced my car in the past for oil changes did not inspect my brakes as required as a part of the all points inspection. It was inevitable that I was going to need brakes at some point. But my expectation was that Toyota would keep me abreast as to what level of wear my brakes were at. So that I wouldn't be in a situation of paying $1000 all at once. My experience was disappointing. Toyota did not live up to the standard of service for my car nor did Toyota give me confidence that I can trust them in the future.
