I was unable to drive for 3 days without a car due to a simple flat tire. Your service manager assured me that the tire was under warranty once on the car he apologize for the miscommunication but charged $350. That kind of miscommunication in unacceptable. I had him remove the tire and put on the donut. The next day I took the car to Lexus but they were unable to replace the tire because Toyota’s staff never put the realm in the car. I had to pay for transportation from North Division to South 159th River Oak Toyota then back to DIvision. Three days of pain

Waited almost two hours for a SCHEDULED oil change. Staff was rude and very short. Asked if i wanted a new air filter via text, I replied and said YES my car was parked in the lot for who knows how long they never said it was ready...I asked if it was done they say yes...I proceed to wait another 10 mins while a mechanic walked out and changed the filter IN THE PARKING LOT.
