I feel the the advisor knew ahead of time that the warranty company didn’t cover the radio but instead of letting me know upfront just had me to sign the document for $179.00 diagnostic fee. I fell I was taken advantage of.

The problem was with the CD player part of my radio and couldn’t be taken care of. It could only be replaced for a few thousand dollars.
At least the radio plays but I would like to have my CDs removed so that I can use them elsewhere, especially if that can be done without a ridiculously high price for the Removal of them from the radio/CD player.
