Was told 1 hour for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was at 11:45, arrived at 11:20. Was told at 2:00 that it would be another half hour for tire rotation. Truck turned over at 2:17 m, after I paid cashier and got in truck I noticed the tires were not rotated and the power work states damaged wheel lock which is complete **** because I tried the wheel lock and and had no issues. If you want to be a respectable employee and business don’t lie to your customers and let them know when you’re running behind schedule so customers can make arrangements.

My total came up to $70 something but when I booked thru the app it only said $40 something so I was told by the cashier I had to see who helped me which was Brandon when I got his attention he said “I’m off the clock” & I didn’t like that! I had to show him the app as if I was lying but he then adjusted the price but I didn’t like his response at all
