An oil change was performed without my authorization. I had recently changed my own oil, so that maintenence was not necessary. I only authorized repair actions, not routine maintenance.

Your people handled things very well and ultimately did an outstanding job!
The problems I encountered were due to your phone system and the kack of an adequate receptionest system. I found in nearly impossible to get through b to a human who could answer questions about my service and when I left multiple messages they were not returned.
You have an outstanding team, but zero customer service on the front end.

On our way to Florida my engine lite came on. I pulled into your service bay, just hoping at best someone could scan my truck and maybe tell me what the code was. Cody West greeted me, took the time to scan my truck, had a technical read the code. Your dealership and Cody went WAY beyond what I expected, got me a bay quickly, explained everything completely, fixed the issue and had us on our way 2 and a half hours later. Who does that!
