Tobias is great at his job, was courteous, respectful and was extremely knowledgeable. He answered every question that I had without hesitation and knew what he was talking about.

I made sure when I made the appointment that my vehicle would be finished that day I was told it would be. My appointment was at 1pm. I called at 4:40 to check and see if it was finished and was told no the service tech had already left for the day when service doesn’t close till 5pm. My vehicle was finally finished at 9am the next day and one half finished since they have to order parts for the tailgate. When I asked about it taking so long I was was told it should have only taken a looser an hour. Because of all of this I had to scramble and make arrangements for a vehicle so I could go to work the next day. Thankfully Tobias is very helpful and knows what he’s doing otherwise I’m not impressed
