The price was way more than I had agreed to. I set it up online with the prices included. should have been $580.36 when I went to pick it up it started out at $700+ they did some adjustments and with the $40 GMC service coupon I had (op code 0602611) I still paid $635.94 so even with the coupon I ended up paying $55.58 more than expected and with the coupon really I paid $95.58 more than expected. even the estimate on the invoice said $549.93 (I understand that is before tax)
I may have to look for a dealership with more accurate pricing.
but I guess the work was ok. another issue is I dropped it off and I guess parked under a light and had a lot of dead bugs on the hood of the truck that I will have to scrub off since car wash didn't take it off but I'll chalk that up to a learning experience and not drop off next time.

Only problem is when the car is ready and you waiting for someone to come to let you know so you can leave. We looked out there and the car was ready and we had to find someone to check us out. This is a problem that I see mostly that happens.

$113.00 for an oil change is getting really expensive. A "misc" charge for shop supplies when I was already charged for the labor,oil and filter! I can go to Lutesville Ford get the exact same service for $75.

I told yall wat was going on with the car. Told you I was out of town and asked if you could look at the transmission and cv Axels.
Alls y’all had to do was drive it around the dam block and let me know if it was an issue.
I also said transmission seems to be slipping. But no check engine light.
For y’all to ignore that simple request and after seeing the work y’all did last time ( remember the small washers on the itty bitty holes.
You have absolutely no room to stand tough and not call back , when you’re doing clown work.
