I appreciated the service that was done, but I waited almost 2.5 hours for my car. I didn’t receive inspection results until an hour and a half after I dropped off the car and was waiting. I just would’ve appreciated better communication on the process of waiting and what decisions I needed to make.

Ok. Randy was great. Wish I had known there was a 20% discount on parts/service until November 5th. Found the mailer card with that info when I came home and picked up my mail. Had over $300 worth of work done. 20% off would have been nice.
