I had an appointment for 2pm and had indicated an oil change and air filter change when booking online. I arrived early, but didn’t receive the list of services until after 3:30pm. I hadn’t been told that appointments were running behind so I had said I’d stay for the appointment. It was almost 5:40pm when I paid. Yes I had selected 2 additional services from when I had booked the appointment, but the additional longer wait time was not discussed or highlighted in the services. While I understand being backed up, more information would have helped to let me know where in the process I was and how much longer the appointment was going to take.
