It took too long
I had an appointment for fairly routine service that could and should have been done in 2 hours max. It took 3 (original eta was 1.75 hours) and there were no issues with the truck that would have added work.
I was waiting, not dropping off
Appointment service should get priority over walkins, especially if the customer is waiting in the waiting room,
