First time stopping in as we are new to the area. Woke up to find my tire completely flat with a bolt sticking through. Service took my car in immediately and assured it will be covered asap and free of charge. I even requested an oil change since I was already there and wanted to use one of my freebies. It was no issue and everything was done so fast!Everyone was friendly and I enjoyed my interaction with the team that took care of me. Will return!

I was frustrated because my new service advisor, Nick, I guess went on vacations and didn’t care to mention that my car might be ready when he was out so I was car-less for 3 business days and turned out my car had actually been ready way before that but no one cared to tell me cause of a ton of miscommunication. And on top of that, no one ever told me there were loaners for when the car is in service. I called Tuesday afternoon to check on it and after a 13 minute hold, a very sweet lady (who I unfortunately didn’t get the name of) was incredibly helpful and made sure she got an answer for me, so after talking to some people she mentioned my car was ready for pickup. I stopped by that same day and Ian took great care of me and apologized for everything, even mentioned the loaner car program. He even got a tech to come out and talk to me about the issues I was having, I believe the tech’s name is Mike, he was also amazing and incredibly patient. I like to respect everyone and I understand mistakes happen so I didn’t go in causing problems and gave them an opportunity to explain and work with me and they all made up for it. However, I would’ve expected a call from Nick afterwards to explain the situation and clear up what happened to the car but I never heard from him again. Was I satisfied? Only after Ian, the very sweet lady, and Mike took care of me after multiple days without a car due to lack of communication. I’ll still do business at Toyota of Colorado Springs cause I’ve been treated greatly before and I understand this one was a one off. Anyway, I’m not pissed or anything, just frustrated about the situation and thought I’d share my experience. No need to reprimand Nick or take any action, just make sure service advisors plan ahead of vacations like we all do at work and everyone will be happy, and I’ll make sure to make you my first choice for my next vehicle.
