The service agent was not present when I checked in. The nice gentleman next to her and assured me my agent would find me and take care of me. She was not to top notch service experience I have come to appreciate about Toyota. She was rude and neglectful. After waiting 1hr and 40 minutes, I found her (fully expecting she would have found me and communicated with me by then) I chased her down. She appeared disingenuous and told me they were waiting on me to reply to the text from the service department. There was no text.
Had I met her first, instead of the amazing Raphael who was my exceptional sales agent, I would have never bought a Toyota. Retrain her immediately!
