My apt was at 10 am. I agreed to leave the car and return in the afternoon since the shop was so busy. I never received a message from Ian that the car was ready and when I returned at 2pm, I still had to wait 20 minutes while he figured out if it was ready and prepared the paperwork. I appreciate the service you provide, but if you can't do it in a timely way, you shouldn't schedule the appointment. Thank you for the chance to share my thoughts.
