My wife went down last week for an appointment to get two new keys for our 2015 Sienna. The keys were not in (had ordered the wrong ones apparently). Today, after verifying the keys were in, my wife returned to get the keys made. The appointment took about 2.5 hours, which seems absurdly long. We finally got the keys but this is not the quality and speed of service I would expect of a Toyota dealership

Ian was extremely disrespectful, and talked down to us. Argued and hung up on my husband who is also a co signer on this vehicle after he was directed to NOT repair and just complete the diagnostics. Then we were expected to pay the over $600 bill when we came to pick up the vehicle, it was reduced to half after speaking with the service manager, but the customer service lacks heavily for Ian, I have been a Toyota owner for a very long time as well as the rest of my family and we will never EVER recommend this dealership to anyone. Awful is an understatement. It is beyond me that he is allowed to speak to people the way that he did and handle the situation so poorly. He had a horrible attitude when we first got there at 12:00 today until the time we left at 5:30 this evening.
