Amazing service representative all around. I was greeted with a smile which you don't see much of that early in the morning lol. He explained the whole process to me. I usually do all the work on the car myself and haven't brought it into a shop in a few years so, I appreciated him doing so. The team got my car in and out quicker than expected. There was no attempt at up sale, or trying to rope me into something else. I used to be in sales, so appreciate a representative that knows when and when not to try to. All around this was a 10/10 experience. I didn't get my car from y'all, but we are teaching a few friends and my brother how to drive. When they are ready for their first vehicle this will be the first place we visit. Everyone i spoke with here was amazing and it's always a pleasure to speak to those who know their jobs, and can read the customers. Thank you all and happy holidays.

I brought my tocoma in to replace the rear shocks,and have other maintenance work done. The appointment was made in October. I left my truck to have work done. When I picked it up all work was completed but the shocks were not done. I was told the shocks never came in. Randy ordered but they never came in. What happened? Now I have to come back again. Randy did his job but someone did not. I would like to be contacted please. I would like to know what happened.

The work was done and Randy Lee addressed my concerns, and is remidying the situation. When I got home my husband and I were surprised you didn't wash the car. Although windshield washer fluid is now spraying, the stream is very weak. It only rises to perhaps the bottom third of the windshield. Perhaps there is a blockage or constriction in the tube. Will need to bring the truck back to you for diagnosis.
