Also the text explaining what needs to be done would be better done in person -allows for questions - this texting is great tracking tool but minimizes interactions with staff to the point you don’t feel like you have any connection to coming back
Last time I was at your dealer service person was too much interaction
So find a balance of caring but not overselling
