No, I was very disappointed. The low tire pressure light cane on just as I was leaving the dealership. When I calledToyota, Nate assured me it wasn’t a concern since I they had put on the spare. As I continued to drive, another orange warning flashed to check tire pressure and then I saw the Psi was only 19! I came back to Service, spoke to a second agent Ethan,? He said “they” forgot to fill up my spare and to bring it back in. This could have been a big safety problem as I had plans to make several trips to and from the airport. Thank God for the alert system.

I didn’t feel like I was briefed on repair progress as much as I have liked . Perhaps he looked for me in showroom and didn’t find me. It took longer to check out as well even though car work was done, about 1/2 hour. Another staff person assisted me with check out. I was pleased with repairs, no cost fall/winter examination and cost of overall work.

I had my scheduled oil change done at Baxter. I made an appointment for 10:00 am. I was greeted and quickly checked in. Nearly two hours later I received a recommended list of items and two videos. The service technician on the video spoke very quickly and in broken English. I am hard of hearing and did not understand what was said at all. I stated this in my response. I was told this is a common comment. I made an appointment expecting an hour or less at the dealership, two hours far exceeded my expectation. If it is going to take two hours, tell me upfront.
ALSO. Three days after the appointment I had a trip scheduled to go to Kansas City. On my way to KC the right rear hubcap fell off. I cannot say with certainty that this was the result of something done at the dealership but I believe it was. The tires were rotated and the hubcap would have been removed and placed back on the rim. Please consider replacing the hubcap.
