They didn’t check tire pressure after rotation. All my tires have a different amount of air pressure. Would have figured that’s part of the service.

It was fine. They changed my oil in a timely fashion. Everybody was courteous. I wish you actually got to talk to the tech, but that’s not how it is anymore.

I scheduled an oil change and coolant flush for 0730 this morning. I expected and was told it would be about 2 hours. I was then told 1030. It was not completed until almost 1130. A 4 hour wait was not acceptable without communication as to the reason behind the delay. My service advisor did deduct a portion of the charges which I appreciated.

The car was filthy after they changed my oil. Dirt and grime all over my console, dash, door panels,…. I can’t believe a dealership is that unprofessional. The reason I bring both my vehicles to you and pay much higher rates is I expect you to treat my vehicles in a professional manner. What I received is what one might get by getting an oil change a Walmart only it would have been at a fraction of the cost. Incredibly disappointing in your service.

Authorized price was $254. No problems reported with car. Final bill $315. Even with a $20 discount thrown on, I paid $50 more than expected. The difference wasn't explained and isn't acceptable.

I thought there would be more questions like there usually are on these things! I want to clarify Nate was excellent. He always had a smile and listened to all of my concerns intently. He had a very gentle nature. The reason I’m not satisfied is I have an issue with the remote connect start and lock on my app and I believe I mentioned that during my phone call to set up the appointment but when I arrived I was told the person to help wasn’t there that day. It’s a trek to come out to Baxter for me and I’m not able to take that time often. So my remote connect services will just continue to be something I’m paying for that doesn’t work anymore. Nate did try to walk me through things to try with the app but it is obvious to me it is something with the car. Nate let me know the availability of the tech expert on this over the next week or so helping to set something up for it but I didn’t commit because I just don’t have the time to come back during this busy start to the new year.

Ethan Feist is always awesome. He is genuinely the best service writer I’ve ever worked with. There are some Toyota-related issues that are becoming annoying that they’re not resolve-able yet. So, my disappointment is not Ethan/Baxter, it is Toyota. Ethan is in the process of escalating and I’m confident all can be resolved.

We called for service while in Omaha with a family member in the hospital. They got us in same day. Service was detailed and well explained. Kind and courteous. Highly recommend Baxter service and will use again if need service in Omaha!!

The service was fine, however the technician that left the two videos on what he found spoke so fast and in very broken English I had no idea what he was saying. It would have been comical if it wasn’t so frustrating. Please remind your technicians to slow down and speak English
