Nate was fine. He did really well. The problem I had was that this was an appointment that I had scheduled and it still took an hour to complete. I had to take off of work to be able to make this appointment. And to top it off whoever brought my car out of the shop adjusted my seat, mirrors and steering wheel. They had to have been the world’s tiniest person to that point I had a very hard time getting into my vehicle. The least that could have been done is readjust my seats close to where they originally were. Doesn’t have to be perfect but atleast in the same zip code. If this happens again I may end up taking my business elsewhere.

Hi - I got oil change done yesterday - however I felt something got changed and I noticed tires were not the same after the servicing - noticing wobble in tires so I went second time after calling the service line - they did some quick fix - which did not fix the tire issue - still noticing some sound while driving.
