I think it would be beneficial to hold higher standards to prepping your loaner cars. The first one smelled terrible of smoke. The second one was given to me with 1/4 tank of gas when I was told it would be full. My car took one week to repair when I was told just a few days. Finally, they never called us. We had to continue to call them to get updates. Truthfully, it was a terrible experience and I will have a very hard time referring Baxter Toyota to others. Overall, just a subpar experience.

Every other time I took my car in they would wash it. I also found it odd that my headlights were turned off. I would appreciate if service needs something like that off that they turn it back on.
