Came in for a basic oil change and tire rotation. But when I left I noticed one of my wheels was at 5psi, Thought it was flat but filled up and held air so don’t know what the deal is with that? Also noticed the car shaking and was especially noticeable when on the highway. Feels like the wheels unbalanced. Prior to coming in the car had none of these issues. Had a trip right after this service and was very unsatisfied would never return to this location again!

You used to get a vacuum and car wash but the last three times I’ve been there neither. They offer a complimentary car wash but what good does that do if it’s always broke. Otherwise it’s ok but very expensive

The price listed when I booked on the website (~$356), and the actual price of the 100K service I was told upon arrival were ~$200 apart. An oil change and complimentary tire rotation could be scheduled for something like $94, and an additional $450 for a coolant flush and multi point inspection? That’s pretty steep and will have me looking for alternatives. The $140 for a 4 wheel alignment is par for the course. It’s a shame because the scheduling is very convenient through the Baxter website. This isn’t anything on the service rep though.

The only problem I had was that the black plastic plate that goes into the driver's side on the front door was laying in the center console which is also black.I didn't realize it was there until I saw the door handle when I got home. I did not want to insert it myself as it looks like it could easily break so now I know I will need to drive back down.

When you need to put a patch on a tire twice because it did not hold the first time worries me. Everyone makes mistakes and I was very happy the mechanic fixed the problem properly but a tire patch to fail worries me how it is installed the first place. There should have been a plug and a patch for the repair.
