Baxter is providing a better customer experience and it is appreciated. Communication is important and the quick phone menu options to split sales and service along with new appt vs check car status speeds up the process. In addition someone always answers and is knowledgeable to help with next steps. From there the text updates offer confidence that the vehicle is checked in, inspection is underway and status and when ready for pick up. This helps manage my schedule and avoid having to chase updates like “your car was ready hours ago, did nobody call you”. The garage and service desk area also offers a great environment and far exceeds a typical service center drop off/pick up. The team is professional and helpful. Well done.
