The use of text when you are sitting 30’ from the rep is stupid. And the texts don’t get answered timely and are not complete! Got notified inspection was complete please review and there was nothing to review for 15 minutes? Was told oh he was at lunch? And oh I didn’t see your message?

Well there was a little problem afterwards... I had a gallon of water in a glass jug that I had just had filled that was on the floor in a bag that was knocked over & the cap had broken & was completely off so nearly the whole gallon of water was soaked into the passenger side floor so that took some mopping up afterwards & went thru a lot of towels. Currently there is a fan blowing in the front seat blowing on the floor. I guess whoever drove my car at Baxter didn’t notice it was knocked over with water flowing out. So that’s the only bad thing. Otherwise it was a good experience!
