I was told a diagnostic would take 1 hour both when I called. Also when I arrived with my vehicle. I waited until noon over 3 hours and they still had not gotten to the diagnostic. They told me it would be longer. Granted they did offer to drive me to work, however, I work on base so that wouldn't work. Im not pleased with the false expectations due to what was advised to me.
