It is nice to drive in and the service garage and get immediate help. He let me know it would be 1 hour 1/2, - 2 hours. It was nice to walk in and have a comfortable area to sit and wait. My phone died and I should have let Davis know my phone is dead so it caused a little bit communication issue.

I do not think I have any problem with the team/work performed. My issue is COSTS. Car ownership is a pricey proposition. I like to see you do more to get my costs down, as in what do you get for misc fees? What are you doing to hold my costs down? Are you offering any courses where I might learn how to do simple things, ilk change air filters, etc.?
