I was a little surprised the rubber strip was resecured rather than replaced. I forgot to mention a light was on regarding the airbag. When I got home there was a list of car brands for airbag recalls on tv & Toyota was on the list. So I need 2 come back & have the airbags checked out to see if the 2023 RAV4 is on the Toyota recall list & that they are in working order.

My estimate was no where near the final price on a simple oil change.
When I schedule an oil change I expect the price to be accurate. It’s a simple service. It was $45 higher than the quote, which is insane.
They did apply a $15 credit but it still came out 30 dollars higher than expected and took over an hour.
Just horrible and I will never come back.
