We had thought we picked up a nail somewhere and we’re afraid that it was going to ruin our tire. I had a doctors appointment, but I called and made an appointment with you guys at Baxter to have my tire looked at. Luckily, he found no nail that was in there, so it must’ve been something that was just stuck between the treads. Nate was awesome very friendly and very helpful. By the hi Mail was all said and done. We found out that our tires were over inflated and that was corrected. We also came out to a very clean and beautiful car. Thanks to the car wash. Elizabeth was wonderful. However I was disappointed that the multi-point inspection report recommended that I get a 4x4 service for the cost of almost $200 - without disclosing that I had in fact had the 4x4 service the previous maintenance visit. It is suggested every 30k - and it has only been 5k since I had the service. It feels like a sneaky attempt to recommend services I don’t need for financial gain - and makes me deeply distrust the dealership. You system should know I received that service recently. Not a good look for the dealership service dept.

I was told it wouldn’t be a problem if I didn’t have an appointment. All I needed was a battery and a copy of plain key. Had I known it would have taken 3 hours I would have gone to an O’Riley or Autozone and purchased a battery there. After two hours of wait time, my husband asked how much longer and someone had the nerve to say it’s because we didn’t have an appointment. Well if that was the case, they should have told us it was going to be a few hours wait time. So disappointed. I missed work because I didn’t think it’ll take 3 hours to put in a battery.
