Danny and Shaun did an excellent job educating me about my Rav 4. They personify excellence in customer support (and demonstrated great patience and professionalism in helping me comprehend a squeaking brake issue). It turns out to be a non-issue. Turning off the automatic parking brake has really helped. They are great representatives of the Toyota and Baxter brands! Keep up the fantastic work!!!

The whole process took a day. I called to make an appointment.. later that week I went to the place. Gave them the car keys and insurance and just left.
