I would say that the appointment was less than satisfactory. First there was the whole fiasco about the guy that worked on my car, saying that my wiper blades were just fine when I had asked for them to be replaced because both myself and my husband could clearly see that they needed to be replaced. The wiper blades had been totally overlooked for new ones being put on. Secondly when my husband got home and looked under the hood, he could see that the windshield wiper fluid had not been topped off nor the brake fluid. I think I am done getting my oil changed there. Even asks to talk to a manager, and they supposedly went back and looked at everything. Leaves me even more confused.

I really appreciate the idea of sharing a video of my car while it is at the workshop, along with detailed information about its condition, such as the tires and brakes. However, I noticed that my car was not washed after the service. I would greatly appreciate it if washing the car could be made a standard part of the service once it is completed

I have never experienced such poor service in my entire life. I am completely disappointed in Baxter Toyota and seriously considering never doing business with them again. Today all we got was a lot of excuses and gibberish from the service advisor. All tires on our vehicle are hilled/ribbed/chopped on the inside. The tire shop advised us a week ago that the tires were obviously rotated regularly however we should have been advised about that when we had tires rotated at our previous services and that the vehicle is possibly out of alignment. Even today the technician never acknowledged that the tires were severely damaged on the inside and it is clearly visible on the video from the technician. After questioning the service advisor she talked to the technician and claimed that he had seen the damage and chose not notate it. I am tired of the excuses! Rather than giving excuses this needs to be corrected. This is not the first disappointment in your technicians we have had in just a year of doing business with you.
