I was traveling through the area when my check engine light came on. So I stayed overnight in Lincoln and showed up at your service department Saturday, with no appointment. Stephanie greeted with me a smile and put me at ease. It was a fairly substantial repair that took a couple hours. I felt a friendly, relaxed vibe in the waiting area/showroom. Stephanie was pleasant and professional throughout. I wish my local Toyota dealership/service was as good as yours!
