Since you sent me the survey I will take the opportunity to say that as I drove away I noticed that my floor mats were dirty. I would have appreciated it if someone taken a moment to vacuum at least the driver side floor mat. I completely realize this is probably a very small nitpicky thing and you definitely aren't required to do that for your customers. I am 99% sure you have vacuumed them in the past because I noticed and appreciated that you did that. Things probably get busy, time is running short at the end of the day, things get missed sometimes. If this is something you usually do and forgot this time, no big deal. I will keep coming back.
It is these little things, attention to detail, going above and beyond to simply vacuum (something I could totally do myself and will, but thought, hey, I have an oil change coming up this week and they usually do that for me) that grows customer loyalty.
On a more positive note you always do a great job on the customer waiting area especially with the snacks and drinks being well stocked.
Clean mats and snacks help make people's day, build good will with customers, encourages them to think more positively of your business and want to tell others that you always do a great job and take care of them.
I appreciate this opportunity to offer feedback.

I called on Monday and asked to talk to someone in service. The lady transferred me to Jared and I left a message. I called again on Tuesday and talked to “the same lady” and asked to talk to Jared since that was who they sent me on Monday. I left another message. It turned out that Jared did not return the calls because he was out of the office both days. I would think the receptionist should be made aware of when people are out.
