Service was great. I was unsatisfied with communication. I was quoted $211 for a new key fob. No one said anything about a $65 dollar labor fee. So $300 late I get a new fob with no actual key in it. They said it would be another $115. Seems ridiculously expensive. I will have to get an actual key so I would like to have that done at some point.

I came in for a tire problem and she got me right in and when she saw that I had an appointment scheduled in a couple of days for an oil change, she went ahead and had it done while I was there thereby saving me the trip of coming back. Nothing wrong per se, but when you’re told there may be oil leaking on a car with 8,000ish miles, that raises some concern. My service advisor was fantastic! He explained everything in depth and what I needed to do and what Toyota would do if there is in fact a leak.
