Went well, but still told need to bring in to talk to someone about how to get code message off our screen. Bad news as to surprise by dealer from where purchased that did not call back as said they would. Now need regional call to visit on next steps.

Service manager Matt was helpful with a miscommunication at my last appointment. Erin was helpful yesterday, as always!. But i beleive there needs to be a more effective description for a HYBRID AWD service, as I had great difficulty communicating this to Reps.
I simply needed the Toyota ATF -WS oil drain and fill done in rear diff ( Hybrid MG3 motor differential); and on front transaxle .
My main issue is that when I asked for this, my request quote " could not be completed ". This happened twice.
