This was the fastest experience I’ve had in the last two years, and still lasted 90 minutes for a standard check up.
At exactly an hour, my multipoint inspection was sent to me via text. I waited 25 additional minutes before approaching my rep, whose response was “it looks like the multipoint is done. It usually takes about 15 minutes to wrap up and have the car pulled around.” I proceeds to wait an additionall 10 minutes before I approached the desk again. My total time was 90 minutes exactly. One of my previous visits was over 2 hours, for the same job.
I can have the exact same service provided in half the time at most any other servicing center in Lincoln.

When i got home, i noticed that my vehicle was making a rather peculiar sound. I stopped at a gas station near my house and looked under my vehicle and i found that my splash shield(atleast that’s what i think it was) was missing some screws and was dragging itself on the road. Not a good way to end the day.
