Trevor is very nice and did his best. However, I made an appointment to have a mirror replaced on my car, which included painting it. I was not informed that the mirror was not painted until after the appointment was complete. I picked up my car, and was charged the amount that was quoted to me for replacing and painting the mirror. Even though the mirror was not painted. I spoke with the manager, who assured me that Baxter would pay for painting the mirror. I still do not know how to make an appointment to get the mirror painted.

I received an oil change yesterday and informed the advisor the tire light was on. The info was notated. I told the advisor the spare is known to trigger the light so I need to know if it’s just that or if it’s another tire issue. When I came to pick up my car, I asked specifically about the tires and she looked up the report, nothing was notated and wasn’t able to give much feedback. I started the car and saw the tire light was still lit. It was not flashing, it was solid just as it has been so we knew it’s not sensor related. I went back in and she called back to the tech who said he filled all the tires including the spare. She said she would re-check, and so I pulled back into the service area. She said the back tires were at a 39, which per my vehicle they should be 32 all around. She deflated them saying that may be causing the light to remain lit. She rechecked all the tires and looked at the spare under and told me that it had to be dropped in order to test it or fill it. She said the tech filled it appropriately. She advised to drive a bit and it should resolve itself after a few blocks. It didn’t. I didn’t feel good about the light still being on. I stopped at a tire shop on my way home who informed me all the tires were over inflated. They all were between 37-39. The spare had 5 lbs in it. He didn’t have to drop the spare tire to address the issue, but got under the vehicle and was able to fill it. The light automatically turned off when I pulled forward. It frustrates me because any tire situation could turn dangerous. I was advised to just drive and call back and we will figure out what they would recommend. Also, per the report, all tires were measured at 7, all around. However, because I was not comfortable with the tire situation, and the fact I had just purchased a new tire in Dec, I asked him to re-measure. He said the front passenger (which is the new tire is at an 11. The drivers side front is at a 10. The back passenger is at an 8 the back driver a 9. Confused with conflicting info I simply said so my tires are in good vehicle to which he replied they are in excellent shape. All this to say is that I feel something was either forgotten or overlooked and the specifications for my specific vehicle weren’t followed with the tire pressure. I’ve never had a bad experience at Toyota and have continued to come back. However the tire issue has made me a little hesitant to do work in the future tire related for sure. I get that things can be overlooked but when I bring it up multiple times and it’s not able to be resolved and how we can see why, it may be an opportunity for coaching. Thank you for your time.
