When contacting the service department it was very tenuous trying to get anyone to answer the phone. Eventually went back to the main operator. Also, never got an explanation as to what was done and had to go back because I still had the recall notification on my main display in my truck. No one could explain why it was still there. Finally someone answered as to why which could have been taken care of when I picked up my truck. I have a Lexus and Honda…both service departments way above and beyond the Toyota experience! Very impersonal in all phases of my experience with the Toyota service department.

A leak under warranty was not fixed. Semantics are being used to call it a seep to avoid doing the right thing and fixing my vehicle. There is clearly fluid that has come from inside the engine through the gasket and that is what most people would call a leak. I feel I am just being strung out till the vehicle is out of warranty in about 4,000 miles.
