We appreciate the service we receive; however, we were shocked to see the $50 environmental fee for replacing the starter. The labor alone was $340 for the replacement, which even if it did take an hour to replace, $340 would have been more than enough to cover the cost of a shop rag. (There were no oil /products needing to be disposed of on this job).
Your staff is friendly and helpful; however, Baxter’s repair costs and the risk of not being able to afford to return are now questionable.
