Angie and everyone I worked with was amazing. My car is fixed well, and overall I was very satisfied - my only complaints are policy based. My quote did not have everything on it so I was surprised by my final price - I had an oil change for example and that wasn’t included. I understand that it’s a different system but when giving customers their expected price it would be nice to have a second quote that includes everything being done.
Also (and this is a small thing) in the past after getting service at Baxter the car was washed. It doesn’t matter that it isn’t this time, but it was a nice touch.

Jared feels very trustworthy and is a great communicator and listener. I did not feel rushed and did not get cut off when telling him my concerns- before telling him my name for the appointment. He made sure to communicate to the rest of the team. All of my concerns were addressed. I came in hopeful but unsure, and i left feeling like a big weight was off my chest.
