The fix was good. Customer service, not so much. Nobody answered the phone at service multiple times when I tried setting up an appointment. When I called to check on the status of the vehicle, service didn’t answer so it kicked me back to the main desk multiple times. When I picked up the vehicle, there was no explanation given even though I asked. The rep was rude. The repair was good. Everything around it was terrible.
