Stephanie was great, although I was a little frustrated that I had to pay a diagnostic charge for you to tell me that I needed tires. Seems like that would be something easier to track under the maintenance schedule, so i decided to buy tires from Costco and track the mileage/ wear myself going fort.

I have no complaints. I go in for an oil change and tire rotation and the Tech sends me a video of the underbody inspection and reports anything else that’s needed. I trust the work is done right, it takes less than an hour and I’m treated very well. What more could you ask for.
