Every one was great till I was charged a 33 dollar shop supply fee. I was quoted prices for the services requested. I checked the prices prior too the service. I would call that deception. Nothing additional was done to the vehicle but you up charged me for the services I requested. I did not take the time to argue with the service representative but I am requesting a refund of the shop fees you added to your original quote. The shop fee should be included in the estimate as I believe the state of Kansas would agree. You must do this on a regular basis which would qualify for deceptive advertising
