Service writer was great considering the situation. Shop was understaffed causing delays. That would have been good to know from the beginning, I would have rescheduled.

I think overall everything was fine. This is the first time my young adult son has experienced service/maintenance on a vehicle. He tried to call before going in and had to call a couple of times because no one would answer and then it would get a message that you could not leave a message.
While the truck was getting a new battery my son tried to inquire about new tires but he said the parts person wasn’t much help. This could have been poor communication on my son’s part who wouldn’t want to show his ignorance. It’s not Legend’s responsibility to guess what he needed, but a quick conversation would have revealed that he was also trying to inquire about a set of four tires to purchase and whether his tires needed replacing ASAP or could get them the next time he is home from college.

Oscar addressed every questioned I had and was very communicative throughout the entire exchange. Though I am impatient and received a shuttle ride home (always a pleasure getting to catch up with Darryl; he’s also a great example of excellent customer service and a genuine individual), the service was completed quickly, leaving me without my vehicle for less than 2 hours. I was thoroughly pleased with my visit and will be coming back again for service.
