I had a appt time at 11 and at 12:50 I still had not heard a thing about my car so I went up the service guys went to find out about it and they came back and said 15 minutes and it would not cost me anything but I reminded them it was with my maintance program. Then he said oh then we will just use that.
My answer was no. Cause it’s the same if I paid at that point or used my program it was still costing me money. He did not do anything.
So I left and went to customer service and they said they would credit me another service at the end of my contract.
Also, I am not a piece of meat and have a brain and the service tech that was helping the new guy I was talking to needs to keep his body in his own personal space and out of mine. He was close enough I had to back up or he was going to kiss me. Way too close and not comfortable in anyway. He is lucky my knee did not end up in a place he did not want it.

My service took 2+ hours to complete. My service associate was very apologetic about the additional time. I shared my frustration with him and he handled it very well.
This is a problem for me every time I have my vehicle in for service. It routinely takes your service team 1.5 hours to change oil or rotate tires. It cannot be from a lack of staff. Your front office service team seems to be fully staffed, as they often stand around chatting each other up. Perhaps a lack of supervision or oversight from management.

I never received a heads up that my car would not be ready on time, so I ended up driving to the dealer and found this out there. I do understand that you guys were understaffed at the time due to illness, so I can understand a lapse in communication. Also, one of the staff as I was waiting was talking about how he would have “no more customers” in his office. It wasn’t very professional.
Since my car was a total mess, I do appreciate the time and effort that went into my car, because from what I have looked at it looks pretty amazing.

2 hours and 15 minutes for a scheduled appointment oil change, tire balance and rotation. Several employees standing in the showroom on their phones, some in groups of 6. I don’t understand why it takes that long when an appointment is made? I don’t understand why so many Legends Toyota employees are standing around looking at their phone. It does not make a customer feel good waiting 2 plus hours and watching employees doing nothing except making lunch plans.
