I asked from the rotate my tires and check the tire pressure since I’m going to Colorado. The idiot light has been on for a long time. When I got back into the car to go home, they did not air up the tires. Very frustrating.

Charged a lot more than expected. I categorically told them when I called AND when I check it in that it was a hybrid. They gave me a price and it was MORE than double. They quoted for one flush and not two. Instead of the bill being around $200 it was nearly $500. That is inexcusable.

When the technician did the test drive after the alignment was done, a rock must’ve hit the windshield because now I have a crack in the window that is 3 feet long. Within minutes of picking up my car I noticed this, grabbed my daughter, and turned back around to show them. They were absolutely no help, and said that it couldn’t have been them. I am so frustrated, as this is a very expensive fix. I absolutely will never come back to this Toyota and will be telling every single person that I know about this experience and recommending them to go to Hendrick Toyota instead. Even my car buying experience was below par with legends, but I got my car from here for a better deal than what Hendrick was going to give me. I absolutely regret this decision. I am someone who gets a new car on the dot every two years and I can confidently say this is the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I am in the process of buying a new car currently, and have been to the following dealerships: Mazda Lee Summit, McCarthy Chevrolet, car city wholesale, hendrick Toyota, and van Chevrolet. I can tell you that every single one of those dealerships has given me a better experience overall compared to legends Toyota, which is why I absolutely will never buy a car from legends Toyota, or get my car service from here. I am a small business owner in the area, and I absolutely cannot wait to share my experience with how satisfied I am with all my clients. I would prefer not to be contacted about my experience, as I already spoke with the manager, and he was absolutely helpless. Next time you make a mistake and damage a car during a service, I hope you own up to it. As for me I will be purchasing a new car from elsewhere after my negative car buying experience in 2022 coupled with this incident.

I have only one question. When I dropped off my car for service I had a full tank of gas and indicated 700 + miles 'distance to empty'. But the 'distance to empty' was only 400 + miles when I picked it up after the service. And the service receipt indicates Fuel Level as Empty. Where did 300 'distance to empty' go?

I had an appointment to get the trim pieces replaced on my new Highlander because of hail damage. The appointment was made AFTER I was told the parts were in. I live 2.5 hours away, so it was very important that they were able to do it all in one day. We get there and they confirm they’ve got the parts. However, a couple hours later they call and say they don’t have everything, and now I’ve got to do this all over again. Extremely frustrated by this experience. Something needs done to make this right.
