The miscommunication of the back brakes. I had just gotten them done in June, and they told me that they did the back brakes, but was told the first time that the technician said that they did the back brakes had been and they are just falling apart. Then the second time after I had done the tires because I was told that it was an emergency to do them. I was told that the back brakes weren’t done at all. As well as I only came in to do two services, but it was suggested to do a few more services. I had only came in to do the tire alignment as well as the throttle body service, but got talked into five different other things (the air freshener, cabin air filter, the brake flush fluid, the tire rotation, and replacing the tires). I was told that I didn’t have to do all those things at once, but customer service made it seem like I needed to. I wasn’t prepared to spend all that time and money on something that I was told that didn’t need done when I was there eight days ago on Friday,11/8/24. It always seems like when I go there recently I have to do some sort of service. I understand that my car has higher mileage, but that just seems intense to have to do all those things at once. Someone wasn’t honest with me either the place that I went to last time for my back brakes, or the current place, but either way. I’d rather have an experienced technician doing my maintenance rather than unexperienced one, because I feel I should know what’s going on the first time and didn't like being told two different things. I don’t enjoy waiting hours to be told that I need to do more things that I’ve already done, or was told I didn’t have to do yet. I think that a 10% discount and not being able to find any viable coupons is sketchy considering I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and most of these things should come with a warranty.

First of all I came in for an oil change Then I didn't even get an update about my car until I text someone at the end of the dayTo make matters worse I requested the shuttle to ride back at 4:11 didn't get picked up till 5:30 Then I get there to pay for my vehicle for them to tell me it's a $120 for oil change and tire rotation when all I asked for was a oil change he did take off the tire rotation but very disappointed in my overall service this time around from lack of communication to pick up

When you go and see the actual cost of wheel bearings and how much it would cost a consumer as well as the tools required, you realize the cost of this repair is way beyond what a DIY Consumer like myself could have saved, had I been told how much it would cost me toDo on my own.. Knowledge is power, and a Consumer can never make an appropriate decision when they are not given all the proper information. Very ballooned pricing..

Andrew was fantastic and helped me schedule my vehicle that had a failed water pump. He quickly coordinated with the tech to provide a work scope breakdown and cost. Andrew arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle which was unexpected but very much appreciated. The tech who did the work did a great job and also cleared away the old and dry coolant that had leaked all over the engine bay. I will definitely look to this dealership when I have another maintenance issue.

Horrible experience! Very disappointing. Management didn't have the courage to even talk to me and made the receptionist relay bad news. One month old highlander unfortunately got a scre in the side of the tire. Called and confirmed you had the tire, they reserved one for me, and scheduled me for 8:30am. My wife arranged transportation, shows up and is told it will take 1 to 1 1/2 hours. They never had the tire! At 2:30 I call and ask what's up. I am put on a 20 minute hold and then told it will be the next day. My wife transports two infants every day and now she has to come up and get the car seats and arrange transportation again. Another 20 minute hold to explain what happened. Again a message is relayed with a 15 minute hold. I give up and call Emily Quintano and she pulls the cars seats out and puts them in a loaner. The next morning I get a message at 7am the car is ready. Really? The tire was delivered before 7am and installed before 7am? Off course you stilled shared me full price or $318 after multiple trips and over an hour of hold times. You guys should be embarrassed. The only reason I go to Legends Toyota is because of Emily!
