My service light came on two weeks after buying the car, was told it would be an oil change or tire replacement but no record or the last oil change- yes the car is 1.5 years old however I would think an oil change and tire rotation would be standard before selling a used car. I appreciate the sales rep for service offering a maintenance package to at least get a discount on something that should have been done.

When I let the sales rep know I was wanting to move forward with the purchase of the vehicle, I had to wait around for 8 hours. I had to call in multiple times to talk with the sales rep to see where we were on finalizing the purchase. At the end of the day he told me he had forgotten to talk with the service team to see if running boards could be installed that day. The next day we eventually got the sale finalized. When you start a sale you should be able to finish it the same day.
