The service tech was very good. He greeted me promptly, kept me informed about the vehicle and later apologized for the delay. However I was disappointed that even though I arrived on time for my 10:30 appointment the vehicle wasn’t pulled into the service area until 1.5-1.75 hours later. Perhaps better communication between the two groups could have prevented unnecessary delay.

Horrible. 3 hours??? No explanation. for an oil change. I was 10 minutes early for an 8:45 am appointment. This is my second bad experience with your service. I assure you I will never buy another vehicle from you. I am going to start writing letters tomorrow. You are the worst!

When you have an appointment for an oil change, it shouldn't take 3.5 hours to get it completed, especially when you have been told it would take 1.5-2 hours to have all services completed. That is ridiculous. And to make things worse, I wasn't the only person with this issue. There were several people with this same issue. This was not the service departments fault. This was a scheduling issue and a policy issue at Legends Toyota. Also, how do you not have ESPN on your TV in the waiting area?

Evan was very courteous and helpful! Communication throughout the service was great. I’m confident I received a thorough brake inspection and I’m relieved I did not need new pads and possibly rotors as I was fearing. I greatly appreciate the honest work here.

I asked how long the service of my vehicle would take when I scheduled my APPOINTMENT for service. I was told 1 1/2 hours-2 hours. That is what I had planned for. It ended up taking close to 4 hours and no additional problems were found or services added. This is the second time this has happened. I was very disappointed to have wasted so much time there. I will have to start going to a different shop for my service needs.
