My car was ready 2.5+ hours after originally promised. I had to be given a loaner car for that time to meet other obligations which also meant removing and installing a carseat twice. The $100 discount + tax on four tires wasn't applied but is supposed to be credited after the fact (it's not yet showing on my credit card).

I was very satisfied with my service. Andrew did a great job and it was so nice to have him come out and introduce himself. He explained exactly what the issue was and was very knowledgeable. It was very cool that he was familiar with my vehicle ( which had a previous engine issue from the factory which had been difficult to diagnose and required a partial replacement of the engine.) These things happen and are inconvenient and scary, but I was always confident they would figure it out and take care of me. The team went out their way to make sure I had the best experience possible. One thing about Legends Toyota Service, which is super important to me, is that every member of the team, all of the service advisors, Bryce, Josh, mechanics, Andrew, even the receptionists, treat me with respect, kindness and take me seriously. No one is ever dismissive or condescending which, as a single woman, is very important to me and is often not the experience I have had with other dealerships. I have a Toyota dealership within a few miles of my home ( actually 2 dealerships are closer and more convenient to me) but it is worth it to me, to drive 20+ minutes for the superior service and personalized experience I receive at Legends. I cannot say enough good things about the entire team.
