I was pleasantly greeted and welcomed upon arrival, given realistic time-frame for estimated wait times, and had a thorough summary of work performed upon completion. I notified via phone call when work was done, and greeted at the cashier once he realized I was present. I was also unaware of some of the complimentary services resulting from my purchase of the vehicle at Toyota.

I brought my truck in for a 25k mile service and an oil change. I was told my truck was done (everything in a timely manner) I walk out to my truck and there was oily handprints all over my hood and on my door handle. I went back in and talked to the lady in charge who took care of it very respectfully and promptly. She did a great job handling the situation and even had them run it through the car wash after wiping the oil off. I just want the workers to take more pride in how they treat other people’s vehicles. A car wash would be a great complimentary thing to do for everyone that has service work done there.

I had a 12:30 appointment to install a Tonneau cover. I arrived at 12:10. After 2 hrs I went to the desk and asked how much longer it would be. she made a call and said the truck was finished and outside and she was doing the paperwork now. At 2:25, she told me my truck was finished. 2 hr wait is really unacceptable in my book. I have always had good reviews in the past for this is my second Toyota here. I hope the service will improve.
